WASHINGTON (BHN) - President Obama on Monday pardoned several drug dealers, and commuted the sentence of another.
Not unexpectedly, the mainstream news media gave little coverage to the President's actions, but many Americans were outraged after several conservative news outlets reported the story.
Incredibly, President Obama on Wednesday again used his executive powers to pardon, releasing two turkeys that were scheduled for execution. The two hulking birds "Liberty" and "Peace" were convicted last year of the brutal rape, murder, and dismemberment of a Fairfield, Connecticut family of six.
As in the drug dealers' pardons/commutation, President Obama gave no reason for his pardoning of the turkeys.
My comments: What do you want to bet that those drug dealers and turkeys are somehow tied to big Democratic supporters?
