NEWTON, Mass. (BHN) - Retiring Rep. Barney Frank (Retard-Mass) married longtime partner James Ready on Saturday, but their joy was soon turned to sadness.
The couple confided they decided to quickly marry after it appeared Frank was pregnant. Sadly, the elder politician miscarried the remains of a beef and bean burrito shortly after their nuptials. The men say they will keep trying for a child.
Services for the deceased were held Sunday in the master bathroom at Frank's Massachusetts home, and were attended by House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, Sen. John Kerry, and Reps. Dennis J. Kucinich and Steny H. Hoyer.
