Individual Possibly Identified in Wal-Mart Trampling Death

NASSAU COUNTY, NY (SR) - After reviewing store security videotapes, Nassau County authorities say they are close to issuing an arrest warrant for a suspect involved in the  trampling death of a Wal-Mart store employee on "Black Friday."

While police have not released any names, a leaked image (below) from one security video appears to show an individual resembling Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank knocking over and trampling the Wal-Mart employee while screaming "Getta hell outa da way, asshoe."

Another camera at the checkout lines showed the same man later purchasing plus-sized lingerie, a bag of cookies, and several jars of Vaseline.

An unidentified police investigator refused to comment on whether Frank was a suspect, saying only they were "obviously seeking a gay fat man with a speech impediment."
